Real Projects, Live Right Now

What I do

Services Designed To Your Needs

Your website should feel like a natural extension of your brand. I thoughtfully shape every part of the experience, from the overall look and feel to how visitors interact with your site, creating a polished experience that feels intentional and true to your business.

My front-end development ensures that approved designs are translated accurately into clean, functional interfaces. I focus on performance, consistency, and accessibility so your website works smoothly across browsers and devices.

Design and development are closely coordinated to maintain visual integrity and usability.

I build websites with reliable backend functionality, including content management systems, databases, and dynamic features when needed. This allows your site to be updated easily and expanded over time.

Whether you need a simple CMS-driven site or more complex functionality, I build with scalability and maintainability in mind.

For businesses that sell products or accept bookings online, I offer e-commerce and scheduling integrations tailored to your needs. This can include product catalogs, secure checkout, booking calendars, and form-based workflows.

My goal is to make online transactions and scheduling straightforward for both you and your customers.

Every site I build stays on my hosting for $30 a month. That covers uptime, daily backups, security patches, and making sure your domain never lapses.

Your domain and source files stay in your name — I hold the hosting so that keeping the site running is my job rather than yours.

Every build includes the groundwork that lets people find you: a clear page title and description, sensible headings, and your business set up so it turns up when someone searches your name.

This is the foundation rather than an ongoing marketing campaign — it makes sure you are findable, not that you outrank everyone.

Nothing I build is a black box. Tier 2 and Tier 3 come with a training session and a written guide for editing your own content, and every project ships with documentation.

If you ever decide to move on, you take the files with you and the site goes with you.

Thirty minutes, no pitch.

Bring the messy version of the idea. That's the useful conversation.

Website Design & Development

One thing, done properly. Three packages, depending on how much of it you want to run yourself.

Logo and brand basics are available alongside any package, quoted separately.

The monthly

What $30 a Month Covers

Every package includes it. It is what keeps the site online and working.

  • Hosting and uptime — the site stays up, and I am the one who fixes it if it doesn't
  • Daily backups — a bad day never becomes a lost website
  • Security patches — applied as they're released, without you asking
  • Domain renewal handled — in your name, but I make sure it never lapses

Your domain and all source files stay in your name. I hold the hosting so that keeping the site running is my job rather than yours.

Fair use covers 25 GB stored and 100 GB downloaded a month — far more than a normal business site uses. Anything past that is billed at what it costs me, never marked up.

If you ever want to leave: thirty days' notice, I hand over the files, and the site moves with you.

How it works

Before You Sign Anything

  • Half to start, half before launch — the price is agreed in writing before any work begins
  • The clock starts when your content arrives — not when you pay, so a slow week on your side never becomes a missed deadline on mine
  • You supply the words and photos — writing is available as a paid add-on if you'd rather not
  • Extra rounds of changes — beyond those included, billed at $40 an hour
  • Not included — ongoing marketing, paid ads, photography, printed material

Not sure which tier you need?

Describe the business and I'll tell you which one actually fits — including when the honest answer is the cheapest one.

Tell Me About The Project

Kea Web Creations

A one-person studio. You talk to the person who does the work, every time, from the first email to the last invoice.

The approach

One Person, Every Stage

I build commercial websites and landing pages for small and mid-sized businesses, and I handle every stage of it myself — strategy, UX, copy, design, development, analytics and launch.

Carrying the whole project means nothing falls between people, and it leaves room to build for more than appearance. Four things go into every site:

Custom-Crafted Designs — every website is designed from the ground up, reflecting your brand's unique identity and values.

User-Centric Development — I prioritize user experience, ensuring that navigation, accessibility and engagement are at the heart of every design.

Scalable Solutions — your website is built to grow with your business, allowing for seamless updates and feature enhancements.

Integrated Marketing Tools — from search visibility to content management, every build comes equipped with the tools that drive traffic and conversions.

My tailored approach ensures that your website is not just a digital placeholder, but a powerful marketing asset that evolves with your business.

How I work

  • Straight pricing — fixed scope, fixed number, agreed before anything starts
  • You own what matters — your domain and all source files are in your name; I host and maintain the site so you never have to
  • Built to be handed over — documentation and training come standard
  • Local, and awake — based in Beaverton, Oregon, same time zone, actual replies

FAQ

The questions that come up in nearly every first call.

Most small-business sites land in a range rather than at a single number, because the work scales with page count, integrations and how much content already exists. You get a fixed quote after the first conversation, and it doesn't move unless you add scope. Every site also carries $30 a month for hosting and upkeep.

Tier 1 is about two weeks, Tier 2 three to four, Tier 3 six to eight. The clock starts when your words and photos arrive, not when you pay — so a slow week on your side never turns into a missed deadline on mine.

That depends on the tier. Tier 2 and Tier 3 include a private login and an editor for your own words and pictures, plus a training session and a written guide. Tier 1 doesn't — those changes come to me and are billed at $40 an hour.

Your domain and all source files are in your name from day one. I hold the hosting — that is what the $30 a month covers — so keeping the site online is my job rather than yours. If you ever want to move on, give me thirty days' notice and I hand everything over.

Often. Most of the work happens over video calls and shared links regardless of where you are — just be aware of the time difference when scheduling.

Then we use it. I'll work inside your existing guidelines and flag anything that will cause problems on screen — usually contrast, or a logo that doesn't hold up small.

The words and the photos. That is where projects stall more than anywhere else, so the clock starts when your content arrives rather than when you pay. If writing isn't your thing, I can do it as a paid add-on.

Half to start and half before the site goes live. The price is agreed in writing before any work begins, and nothing is handed over unpaid.

The $30 a month keeps it running: hosting and uptime, daily backups, security patches, and making sure your domain never lapses. Content changes are separate — on Tier 2 and Tier 3 you make them yourself, and on Tier 1 they come to me at $40 an hour.

Our Policy

How projects run, what's expected on both sides, and what happens with your information.

Project terms

Work begins once a proposal is signed and a deposit is received. The balance is due at launch. Scope is fixed in writing; anything added mid-project is quoted separately before it's started, never after.

Revisions

Two rounds are included at each stage. Beyond that, additional rounds are billed at the hourly rate quoted in your proposal. Consolidated feedback in one pass keeps projects on schedule and costs down.

Ownership

On final payment, all rights to the delivered work transfer to you, including source files. Third-party assets — fonts, stock imagery, plugins — remain under their own licenses, listed in your handoff document.

Privacy

Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your enquiry. It isn't sold, rented or shared with third parties. Ask at any time and it's deleted.

Cancellation

Either side can end a project in writing. You're billed for work completed to that point and receive every file produced so far. Deposits cover work already begun and aren't refundable.
