Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly, plus a one-time setup fee. Standard plans have no contract: you can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Setup fees are non-refundable. They pay for work already done — building your website, setting up your system and registering your texting number.
Normal texting and calling usage is included in your monthly price. Unusually high volume, such as large text campaigns, is billed at cost, and you'll hear from me before it is.
Not included: ad spend, photography and copywriting. Copywriting can be quoted separately.
Founding clients
The first five home service businesses pay the founding setup fee. In exchange, they agree to a 90-day commitment, after which the plan continues month-to-month, and give permission to share their before-and-after numbers. The monthly price is the same as the standard plan.
Website updates
Every plan, and website-only hosting, includes 30 minutes of small updates a month: hours, prices, phone numbers, photos and text changes. Unused time doesn't roll over.
Time past 30 minutes is $50 an hour. New pages, redesigns, new features and new integrations are quoted before any work starts.

Privacy
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, business name, trade, website and message. It is used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare your audit. It is stored securely, emailed to keawebcreations@gmail.com, and never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Ask at any time and your information is deleted: email keawebcreations@gmail.com.
Texting
If you tick the texting box on the contact form, you agree to receive texts from Kea Web Creations about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers are never shared or sold.
Ticking the box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
